My Approach
Creativity Coaching focuses specifically on the challenges that arise when committing to a creative path. It helps individuals overcome emotional blocks, complete creative projects, navigate change, and embrace their unique process.
Who is it for?
It is for creatives and artists who want to deepen their craft, businesses and organizations seeking fresh thinking and new perspectives, and anyone with a desire to live a more creative life.
You might be:
Struggling to find time for your craft
Full of ideas and unsure where to start
Feeling disconnected from yourself
Longing to feel inspired and grounded in your process
This work can help you (in both tangible and untangible ways) :
Taking aligned action
Staying rooted in your truth as you move forward
Trust your unique process
Reconnect with your creative identity
Build confidence in your artistic voice
Make space for what really matters
Lauch your creative project
Build a body of work and offers you feel excited to share with the world
Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about remembering what’s already within you. It’s a space to reflect, to come home to yourself, and to grow from a place of presence and authenticity rather than pressure. If something in your life just doesn’t feel right, creativity coaching can help uncover what’s beneath that and support you in growing more deeply into yourself. There is a significant shift in energy when we decide to prioritize our creative work, and I’m honored to facilitate that growth.
You deserve a space where your creative self can feel safe, supported and nourished.
My coaching approach isn’t about pressure or quick fixes. It’s about creating a space where you can make informed, conscious choices about your personal, professional, and artistic growth. I believe meaningful progress comes from returning to your own rhythm, not following someone else’s timeline.
This work is grounded in the belief that anyone can connect with their creative potential, as we are all innately creative beings. Many of the challenges we face stem from a collective misunderstanding of what the artistic process truly is.
My practice is closely intertwined with my own art-making. I see art not only as something to be seen or shared, but as a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal inquiry.
The work you feel called to create—whether a painting, a book, a workshop, a song, a dance, a community, or a business—may appear mythic or miraculous, but its creation is not. Creativity requires intention, practice, and a willingness to engage fully with the process.
Working together is not only about creating the conditions for you and your work to flourish; it is also a space to elevate and refine your skills in ways that reflect your values, purpose, and the truth of who you are.
In a world so focused on visible results and final outcomes, I’m on a mission to bring awareness to the slow, often messy, in-between, uncertain spaces of the creative process. What I wish for all of my clients is that they truly come to know themselves, their process, their rhythms, their cycles, so they can build a life and work that feels like home.
Things I want you to know before you choose me as your Creativity Coach
CONFIDENTIAL Our creative coaching relationship is sacred.
Regardless of our relationship outside the sessions, everything shared and explored during our work together will remain confidential and private. Your experience will not be shared in any form, online or offline, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.
A SAFE CREATIVE INCUBATOR
Let me be clear from the start: there are no quick fixes. This work goes deep and real change takes time.I am committed to holding the space we co-create as a safe creative incubator, one that honors your emotional experience rather than bypassing it or promising “empowerment” (No, I don’t have the “empowering” magic wand).
The best part of doing this work together is that you will become unshakably connected with yourself, your craft and what you want to bring into the world. While the process can be challenging, and at times your heart’s work may feel anything but joyful, nothing will stop you from doing it, living it, and embodying it.
By investing in this support, you build strong foundations for your creative work to flourish in the near future. This is long-term work, and its benefits continue to unfold well beyond our time together.
If my approach resonates, I would love to hear from you.
TAILORED Not one size fits all.
The sessions will focus entirely on you, your heart’s work, creative processes, artmaking, and life circumstances. I will not introduce my own experiences into the sessions unless explicitly requested. What works for me, or for others, may not necessarily work for you.
EMBODIED Learning by doing.
My approach combines educational and coaching support to help you understand your unique experience and establish a working framework that supports your craft, wellbeing, and creative process. Together, we work toward embodying your heart’s work and artistry.
This work involves both slowing down, processing what arises, listening to intuition, and moving into action: applying insights, experimenting, and learning through doing. This work involves inward and outward work, I am there supporting you in both.
AUTHENTIC I don't have all the answers.
If you decide to work with me, it’s important to know that I am a messy, creative human, just like you. Despite what social media may suggest, I do not have everything figured out. I meet you in the uncertainty and challenges of living and working creatively. The good news is that the beauty of this work often lives in those raw, imperfect places.
