Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about remembering what’s already within you. It’s a space to reflect, to come home to yourself, and to grow from a place of presence rather than pressure.

You deserve a space where your creative self can feel safe, supported and nourished.

My Approach

My coaching approach isn’t rooted in pressure or quick fixes. It’s about creating a space where you can make informed, conscious choices about your own personal, professional and artistic growth. I believe that meaningful progress comes from returning to your own rhythm, not following someone else’s timeline.

This work is deeply rooted to the strong belief that anyone can connect with their creative potential as we all are innately creative beings. Part of the challenges we face as creatives come from a collective misunderstanding of what the artistic process is.

The art you feel called to create, whether a painting, a book, a workshop, a song, a dance, a community, or a business, may seem a mythic, miraculous gift, but its creation is not. Creativity requires intention, practice, and the willingness to engage with the process.

Working together is not only about creating the conditions for you and your work to flourish; it is also a space to elevate, and refine your skills in ways that reflect your values, purpose, and the truth of who you are.

My practice is closely intertwined with my own art-making process. I see art not only as something to be seen or shared, but as a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal inquiry.

In a world so focused on visible results and final outcomes, I’m on a mission to bring awareness to the slow, often messy, in-between, uncertain spaces of the creative process. What I wish for all of my clients is that they truly come to know themselves, their process, their rhythms, their cycles, so they can build a life and work that feels like home.

Things I want you to know before you choose me as your Creativity Coach

CONFIDENTIAL Our creative coaching relationship is sacred
What ever is our relationship outside the sessions, I'll (we will) keep what happens in the sessions confidential and private. Your experience will not be shared in any way outside the sessions (offline or online) unless previously agreed.

A SAFE CREATIVE INCUBATOR Let me be clear from the start, there are no quick fixes, this work goes deep and real change takes time -
I am committed to keep the space we co create a safe creative incubator, without bypassing your emotions and "empowering you" (no, I don't have the "empowering" magic wand).

The best part of this work is that by doing this work, you will become unshakably connected with yourself, your craft and what you want to bring into the world. As much it will be hard and at times doing your heart's work will feel anything but joyful, no one and nothing will stop you from doing it, living it, embodying it.
By investing in this support, you will build the right foundations for your creative work to flourish in the near future. This work is long term, meaning that you will also get the benefits of it well after our time together.

TAILORED Not one size fits all
the sessions will be all about YOU, your heart's work, your processes, artmaking and your life circumstances. I will not bring my experience unless you explicitly ask for it. What works for me (or others) might not work for you.

EMBODIED Learning by doing
We will work towards embodying your heart's work and artistry. Part of the work is about slowing down, processing what comes up during the sessions, listening to your intuition. Another part of the work is get out of your head and start DOING. Applying it, living it, experiment with it, doing mistakes by making things happen...This work involves inward and outward work, I am there supporting you in both.

AUTHENTIC I don't have all the answers
If you decide to work with me you should know that I am a messy creative human exactly as you are. As much as social media could make you think otherwise, I don't have it all figured out. I am there where you are in the uncertainty and challenges of living life and work creatively. The good news is that in our messy and raw parts, our beauty lies.
