The creative life and work you’re meant to build starts here
This creative coaching program will offer you the mindset and practical tools, accountability and community you need to grow your heart’s work in an aligned and sustainable way.
Creative work is emotional labor that can trigger self-doubt, comparison, and resistance, often derailing your growth and self-acceptance.
Throughout this journey you will dive into the psychology and embodiment of your work, by exploring the often-overlooked aspects of the creative process: tuning into your intuition, discovering your unique creative voice, and understanding your relationship with your craft. We’ll look at what it means to bring your heart’s work into the world, and how to meet that journey with awareness and mindfulness. Together, we’ll deepen our connection to the creative flow, giving you the tools to create from a place of clarity and alignment.
The intention of this space is to create a supportive and nourishing community space, slow intentional time for you to root deeper into your creativity so that when storms come, the roots are strong enough to keep you standing.
Stuck, confused and overwhelmed?
Unsure how to consistently show up for yourself and your craft?
Doubtful of your worthiness or your ability to fully embody your heart’s work?
Like you're hiding behind busy schedules and the demands or expectations of others?
Do you ever feel…
What if instead, you consciously decide to direct your focus towards what brings you joy? And what if, from that place, your creative work began to unfold with more ease and purpose?
What would happen if you start to reclaim those parts of yourself that don't want to fit into the roles you have been assigned?
This journey is for those longing to bring something uniquely their own into the world, in a way that feels true, grounded, and alive.
Whether it’s a business project, a book, or a new body of work, the shared thread is a deep commitment to the inner landscape and embodied presence behind it.
The themes we will explore in this space
-
Do you allow yourself to dream?
Creating a vision for the future of your work is a powerful tool that can help you gain clarity on where you are and what your creative work is about. This exercise can help you to make sure your goals are your own, that they come from your heart, and not from some idea about who you should be or what your life should look like. If you know the answer already, it will help you to zoom into what is pulling at you by practicing paying attention to your inner guidance. Even If you don’t know exactly what your project is about then your work is to start finding that out. You will understand what it means being in a co-creation relationship with your work.
-
What if you could bring your whole self, exactly as you are, to everything you create?
This work will involve seeing yourself as a human before seeing yourself as creative. Learning about who you are and your personal experiences are powerful ways to grow your work in a rooted way. We’ll look at your core personal values to make sure that you and your work are aligned. It's important to really know what matters the most to you and what time and resources you have for your creative work. This level of clarity will feel a bit uncomfortable, especially if your schedule is full – you might need to let go of some things - but by doing so your usual excuses won't hold your work back anymore!
-
How can you nourish yourself and your creative work in a consistent and regenerative way?
Whatever seed you are planting, if it is not in a rich soil, it will not grow. Fueling yourself and your work is not just about slowing down and resting (although this is very important!) but is about understanding what brings us more aliveness, ease and inspiration, it is about radical self-care. When you give yourself what you need, that’s when the magic happens!
-
What would happen if you stop creating just during stolen moments?
This is where we plan your creative project in a way that makes it doable and your life sustainable. Most of us tend to plan work without taking into account our own unique circumstances, but your project planning is never really separate from the rest of your life. Don’t worry this is not about productivity hacks, It’s about getting real and getting very practical!
-
What would happen if you started to share your work unapologetically?
We will explore ways you can share your work truthfully and in a way that suits you. We will look at what wants to be expressed through you and also what keeps you from doing so.
-
What would happen if you stopped trying to avoid or getting away from the discomfort of fear, and instead listened to it?
Doing your work publicly taking risks and making mistakes can bring up new awareness, emotions, and fears. We will explore the role of fear as a messenger and in the creative process, ways to stay grounded and present, how to bring a sense of safety, self-esteem and self-confidence. By doing so you will create more capacity to welcome what shows up in this process.
-
Do you consciously use money towards what you want to grow in your life?
Want to know what I learned after years of committing to my creative work?
You can’t have it all: but you can have what matters most to you.
Family life, paid jobs…are compatible with your creative work. Let’s drop the myth of the “isolated artist in the cabin.”
Learning to fuel yourself with rest and care changes everything. Your art needs time to emerge from within, slowly and intentionally.
The relationship you have with your creativity is shaped by the one you have with yourself. They grow together.
Not every love is meant to become a business. Purpose (not pressure) will carry you through the uncertain moments.
Creative community is life-changing. Your best work is made when you feel deeply seen and supported.
After years of navigating my own path as a multi-passionate creative, balancing work, art, doubt, and dreams, I’ve built a life and practice where my creative well being and authentic expression are my priority.
We were never meant to walk this path on our own
Your heart’s work isn’t something you find out there.
There’s no blueprint for the creative process, it’s something you uncover within. It takes work, commitment, and care. But when done sustainably, it energizes you rather than drains you. Realizing this changed everything for me.
By dedicating time to self-reflection and embracing your unique journey, you begin to pursue what truly resonates, investing your energy in what matters most to you. It’s about aligning your creative work with your personal values, passions, and inner truth, not conforming to external expectations or predefined roles. I’m here to hold your creative visions and share tools that will become your gentle companions, ones you can return to again and again as you bring your work to life and create something that truly feels like home.
Together we’ll explore practices, beliefs, and emotional patterns that help you nurture your creativity, reconnect with your true self, and bring your vision to life.
I would love for you to join me!

My Clients’ Experience with Creativity Coaching
-
“Beatrice helped me to reflect on my identity as an artist and designer, on my artistic process, and on what makes me different from the other artists in my niche, in order to better comprehend my strengths myself. After our coaching journey I am more confident and structured when planning my work. I also learned how to pause, rest and get energy back, instead of overworking and losing the joy of the creation and design process.”
— Francesca Feltrin, artist & designer

“The creative coaching sessions with Beatrice have provided me with a container in which I could express my main fears and desires, as well as talk openly about where I was at. I was struggling with putting my ideas into actionable, achievable steps, and this is exactly what I gained confidence in. Bea has offered a multitude of tools and ideas, as well as a nourishing and holistic style of guidance that I was able to apply to my own unique needs.”
— Alexandra Lais, somatic guide

“In a time of need, the workshop has been like a gate for me. It allowed me to access self trust, connect to my dreams and set intentions for my creative practice. It has been sort of a recharge of energy and passion for my heart's work. Visualisations and journaling were tools that I thought I knew, yet surprisingly Bea guided me through a new, inspiring path. As a creative, I often put all my heart in my work and get to moments of distrust in my own practice when I burn out. This workshop brought me back to the roots of the dreams that stand behind my practice, reminding me the joy of creating and the trust in my own self. Thank you so much!”

"Thank you again for the coaching session last night, I really appreciate how much you give to this work. Doing the visualization exercise together with you was really helpful for me, I've never gotten much out of them before but feel like this time maybe I was a bit more open and willing to receive instead of forcing it."
