Seasonal online creative circle to reconnect with your creative energy and grow within a nurturing community

Join us

Calling all artists, changemakers, writers, entrepreneurs, founders, leaders, facilitators…creatives of every discipline to join an intimate community that truly gets it, where you can be held in the doubts, the fears, and the joys that come with creating. A space to slow down, be seen, and receive support without needing to perform or prove.

All of You is welcome here.

Why I Created This Space…

We’re often taught to hide our authentic selves, to mask our needs, desires, and vulnerability, and to always be achieving. But your Creative Self doesn’t want to achieve, it wants to feel alive. When you reconnect with this aliveness, you become rooted, resourced, and able to create joyfully.

I get it. Many of us are busy parents, caregivers, living with illness, juggling jobs, fulfilling roles, and tending homes.

Your time is limited and fragmented, your energy spread across responsibilities, projects, and deadlines. Yet that doesn’t make your personal creativity any less valid.

I know what it feels like to love your ideas and still feel disconnected from the part of yourself that makes them possible. I know the cycles of doubt, burnout, momentum, exhaustion, inspiration, fear, and renewal. I know what it’s like to want to make meaningful work while also wanting the process itself to feel spacious, grounded, and centered.

And I recognize that place, because I’ve been there too.

I believe we all need a space where we can create just for ourselves…

No deadlines, outcomes or expectations.

Not a productivity system.

Not another course to make you “better” or “more consistent.”

But a place that honours the truth of your creative process and the inner landscape it flows from.

A space that moves with the seasons, not against them. A space where you can come home to yourself, instead of pushing through. A space that supports your evolution as a creative being, not just your output.

That’s why Create for Yourself is here, a space that honors the whole of you, as you tend to your art, your projects, your ideas, and your dreams.

You don’t need a plan. You don’t need hours.

You just need a moment to pause and reconnect. And show exactly as you are.

Create for Yourself is a quarterly journey

Doors open at the start of every three-month cycle

Each quarter sinks into the natural creative rhythm of the year

We’ll return to connection, to ourselves, each other and the natural world

Winter - The Seed

(December – January – February)

As it is still cold outside and the light has not yet fully returned, the natural world slows down and we slow with it. This season is a time to rest and root deeper to grow wilder in Spring. To move through darkness we set ourselves ready to look at what is blocking us, to be able to release our light and full creative potential. What does your soil need for new life to grow?

Themes: Rest, Slowing Down, Intuition, Flow

Spring - The Bloom

(March – April – May)

As the world outside shifts into deep green and sunlight brings everything into focus, we explore what our seedlings need in order to bloom. This is a time to experiment and explore, by embracing a sense of curiosity. What is longing to become visible? What wants to be expressed?

Themes: Blooming and Receiving

Summer - The Harvest

(June – July – August)

As we fold over the longest day, it is also marked the start of our slow journey towards dark. We bring in the harvest and celebrate all the things we’ve birthed and grown, in all areas of our lives. And equally important, we let go of and grieve the things that didn’t come to completion. It’s a season of gathering and sharing the good we’ve created before we head into the slower, darker time of the year.

What about we let ourselves be guided by the beauty of nature as it comes into its fullness?

Themes: Wholeness and Self Expression

Autumn - The Soil

(September – October – November)

Mellow colors, gentle sunlight, lengthening shadows. Autumn allows us to explore and tune in to what matters to us. As we transition into Winter, we turn our attention inward and prepare for more reflective and cooler months ahead. It’s a good time to find our own balance, to finish up old paintings and projects, plant your own seeds for changes we want to manifest in our lives.

Themes: Letting go and Trusting the Process

What if you gave up proving yourself to the world? What if you trusted yourself, fully, and went for what you truly crave? What if you slowed down?  What would rise to the surface?

Each quarter includes:

1. One Monthly Online Live Creative Circle (90 min)

The core of the journey, an intuitive lead circle to reconnect with yourself, your process, and your creative energy. This is a space to be in community, to be heard, seen, to listen, reflect, and support. You’re welcome to join the call with your sketchbook, your unique medium of expression, and/or “just” a journal and pen. Together, we’ll create slowly, softly, and intuitively. The community circle sessions won’t be recorded, so we can protect a sense of safety and intimacy when we share with one another. Dates will be confirmed once the group is formed.

2. Nourishing Community Space

A slow paced community chat hosted on Signal, for accountability and support.

3. Seasonal self-paced creative sketchbook ritual

Life-time access to a 90 mins pre-recorded seasonal ritual including a meditation, creative prompts and guided painting practice designed to support you through the energy of the season and keep your process aligned with who you’re becoming.

In this space, we’re moving away from the old idea of the artist living isolated, removed from the world. Because creativity doesn’t require solitude: it requires presence, connection, and the courage to keep showing up.

When we gather in community, something shifts:
✨ You realize you’re not alone in your doubts or blocks.
✨ You hear stories that mirror your own and suddenly, what felt heavy becomes lighter.
✨ You receive feedback, encouragement, and perspectives you’d never find on your own.

The group becomes a mirror, a witness, a source of courage. And often, the breakthroughs come not just from your own work, but from listening to others as they walk alongside you.

Our Anchors

Slowing Down

Slowing down so we can hear our intuition speak, so we can hear ourselves, feel ourselves, remember ourselves, and gently reclaim your pace.

Reconnecting with one another, leaning into community, and into the wisdom of Nature.

Re-connecting

This is about expressing ourselves, our truths as we create a life that is truly ours, along with the work and dreams we’re bringing into being.

Expressing

The supportive and gentle community space you need to reconnect with your creativity, to tend to yourself, the human behind your work, dreams and projects.

What we will explore

  • We’ll start paying attention to the rhythms of Nature and notice what unfolds when we let those rhythms influence our lives.

  • We’ll give ourselves time and space to tune into our Intuition.

  • We’ll nurture a deeper relationship with our creativity and allow it to show up in every part of our lives.

  • We’ll use the Nature Wheel as a tool to anchor ourselves in the shifting seasons.

  • And we’ll lean into the support of the circle, letting go of the idea that we’re meant to do this alone.

What we won’t be doing:

  • Add more things to your to-do list? No.

  • This is not a course, and there won’t be piles of reading or content to get through. You won’t end up behind or overwhelmed.

All that’s really required is that you show up to the 90 mins monthly live calls. My deepest hope is that our gatherings will nourish you, leaving you fuelled, supported, and filled up.

My Clients’ Experience with Creativity Coaching

  • “Beatrice helped me to reflect on my identity as an artist and designer, on my artistic process, and on what makes me different from the other artists in my niche, in order to better comprehend my strengths myself. After our coaching journey I am more confident and structured when planning my work. I also learned how to pause, rest and get energy back, instead of overworking and losing the joy of the creation and design process.”

    — Francesca Feltrin, artist & designer

  • “The creative coaching sessions with Beatrice have provided me with a container in which I could express my main fears and desires, as well as talk openly about where I was at. I was struggling with putting my ideas into actionable, achievable steps, and this is exactly what I gained confidence in. Bea has offered a multitude of tools and ideas, as well as a nourishing and holistic style of guidance that I was able to apply to my own unique needs.”

    — Alexandra Lais, somatic guide

  • “In a time of need, the workshop has been like a gate for me. It allowed me to  access self trust, connect to my dreams and set intentions for my creative practice. It has been sort of a recharge of energy and passion for my heart's work. Visualisations and journaling were tools that I thought I knew, yet surprisingly Bea guided me through a new, inspiring path. As a creative, I often put all my heart in my work and get to moments of distrust in my own practice when I burn out. This workshop brought me back to the roots of the dreams that stand behind my practice, reminding me the joy of creating and the trust in my own self. Thank you so much!”

    - Anna Tabellini, artist & architect

  • "Thank you again for the coaching session last night, I really appreciate how much you give to this work. Doing the visualization exercise together with you was really helpful for me, I've never gotten much out of them before but feel like this time maybe I was a bit more open and willing to receive instead of forcing it."
